1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual player and ATMSlot in relation to the website, account services, casino content, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support. • Payment methods must belong to you or be used with lawful authorisation.
• ATMSlot does not extend credit and does not permit play with borrowed platform funds.
• A deposit may be declined, reversed, or reviewed if details do not match the verified ATMSlot account.
• Blockchain network charges, bank fees, card charges, or e-wallet fees imposed by another provider remain your responsibility.

A displayed balance does not itself prove that a payment has cleared. ATMSlot may correct a balance where a deposit is reversed, charged back, duplicated, credited in error, or later found to be unauthorised.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made through an available ATMSlot payment channel and may be returned to the original funding source where practical. 7. Casino games and game results

Results recorded by the relevant game system are final except where ATMSlot confirms a technical failure, manifest error, corrupted transaction, or incomplete round. 11. Errors, interruptions, and technical faults

ATMSlot aims to provide a stable service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, mobile network conditions, device compatibility, upstream studio failures, sports data interruptions, banking delays, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

A malfunction voids affected play where a valid outcome cannot be established. Incorrect balances, duplicated credits, impossible odds, or obvious display errors do not create an entitlement to payment. ATMSlot may restore the account to the position that would reasonably have applied if the confirmed error had not occurred.

12. Responsible gambling

ATMSlot is strictly for people aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial pressure. You should set a realistic budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never gamble with money needed for rent, food, education, medical care, or household commitments.

15. Complaints and dispute review

17. General provisions and contact
